  • Want to understand what is happening in your brain and nervous system, not just “try harder” again

  • Are open to an honest, judgment free conversation about what you need next

This is a focused 15 minute call. It is designed to understand your situation, see whether my work is the right fit, and give you clear next steps. It is not an ongoing free coaching session.
