What Clients Say
“I went into our first call terrified I would be judged. As a high school teacher and mom of two, I was holding everything together on the outside and falling apart at night. Aaron helped me understand what my brain was doing and turned the chaos into small, clear steps I could actually follow.”
– Jesy M., private recovery client
“I was drinking vodka every evening after long days as a project manager. I kept telling myself it was just stress relief. Working with Aaron, I now have steady, predictable sober days and the energy to show up for my work, my partner, and myself again.”
– Mark T., private recovery client
“I came to Aaron desperate to fix my son. I am a nurse and have spent my whole life caring for other people, but I had no idea how to care for myself in this. Aaron helped me set healthy boundaries and support my own nervous system. Our home is calmer and I finally sleep through the night.”
– Karen B., family support client
