The Empowerment Collective

Weekly recovery support that finally feels safe, structured, and human.

A small, trauma informed group for people who want to change their relationship with alcohol, calm their nervous system, and stop trying to do recovery alone. Each week we combine neuroscience based tools with real connection so you can stay grounded, accountable, and in motion.

Why This Group Exists

You were never meant to carry this alone.

You have tried the books, the podcasts, the early morning promises. You hold everything together at work and at home while your own nervous system feels like it is always on high alert.

On the outside you look capable. On the inside you are juggling cravings, guilt, pressure, and fear of slipping backward.

The Empowerment Collective was created for that exact moment.
You get one steady place where you are allowed to be honest, stay private, and feel supported by people who understand how heavy this really is.

Inside the group you will:

  • Hear your story reflected back without shame

  • Receive clear, science backed tools you can use during the week

  • Practice new patterns in a space that feels safe and respectful

  • Build a rhythm of support so recovery does not depend only on willpower

What The Empowerment Collective Is

Recovery with structure, science, and real connection:

The Empowerment Collective is a live, online group led by a Neuroscience and Recovery Coach. Each month we focus on a specific theme that matters in real life recovery, such as triggers, emotional regulation, boundaries, self worth, relapse patterns, and rebuilding trust.

Every session is designed to be practical, grounded, and safe.

You can expect:

  • Weekly live group sessions with teaching and guided reflection

  • Education rooted in neuroscience, trauma awareness, and nervous system regulation

  • Optional live coaching so you can bring real situations to the group when you feel ready

  • A calm, structured space where you can participate actively or listen quietly

  • Session summaries sent to your inbox so you can revisit key insights and tools

When you join the Collective, you also receive a digital recovery toolkit with grounding tools, a relapse reset plan, and a nervous system rhythm guide. These resources help you stay anchored between calls and during hard moments.

This space is built for you if you recognize yourself here:

The Empowerment Collective is a strong fit if you:

  • Feel tired of trying to manage recovery alone while keeping up a capable exterior

  • Want structure, tools, and a coach who understands both the science and the lived reality of addiction

  • Crave connection with others who are serious about change and respectful of privacy

  • Are ready for support that is compassionate and honest, without shaming or pressure

  • Want a rhythm that keeps you accountable while still fitting into a busy life

Whether you are in early recovery, returning after a relapse, or working on long term stability, the group is designed to meet you where you are and move with you as you grow.

Is This Group For You?

“I finally felt like I belonged somewhere. This space gave me tools — but it also gave me back my sense of self.” – Tyler, Seattle WA

What Starts To Change When You Are Supported Every Week

Members frequently share that, over time, they experience:

  • Fewer urges and more emotional steadiness in the evenings and on weekends

  • Clear language for difficult conversations at home and at work

  • Boundaries that feel firm and compassionate instead of cold or full of guilt

  • A stronger sense of self respect and self trust

  • A recovery plan that feels realistic, sustainable, and aligned with their values

The group is intentionally small so there is time for questions, reflection, and real connection. You are never required to speak or turn your camera on, and you are always welcome exactly as you are.

 Who Leads The Empowerment Collective?

The group is led by me, Aaron Gleadow, a Neuroscience and Recovery Coach with lived experience of addiction and long term sobriety. I spent over a decade working in hospital neurodiagnostics, supporting families during some of the hardest days of their lives, while also navigating addiction in my own life and family system.

In recovery I rebuilt my life step by step, including co parenting, blended family dynamics, and learning how nervous system science, boundaries, and honest language change the way families heal.

I bring that experience into every group session so you receive support that is both grounded in research and deeply human.
